1. Eligibility & Player Requirements

To register and use the ckt44 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria without exception. ckt44 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ckt44 is strictly prohibited for persons under 21.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact method.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a ckt44 employee where such participation may create a conflict of interest.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you meet every eligibility requirement. False or misleading registration information may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

2. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on ckt44. Duplicate or multiple accounts created by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any accumulated balances or bonuses.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ckt44 will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or any other channel.

• Notify ckt44 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• ckt44 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended and may be required during high-value withdrawal requests.

KYC Verification

ckt44 may require players to complete identity verification (KYC) in compliance with platform integrity standards. You may be asked to submit a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. Withdrawal requests may be withheld until KYC is successfully completed. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

ckt44 supports fast, convenient local payment methods tailored for players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, and across Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposits

The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions on ckt44:

• Minimum single deposit: ৳500. Maximum single deposit may vary by payment method and account tier.
• ckt44 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Not all methods are available to all accounts.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following standard conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000. Players must have completed any applicable wagering requirements before withdrawing bonus-derived funds.
• Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of request under normal operating conditions (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Delays may occur during public holidays including Eid and Durga Puja.
• ckt44 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or potentially fraudulent, including those triggered by anomalous betting patterns.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

ckt44 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositing players only. One welcome bonus per household, device, IP address, or payment method is permitted.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) which must be completed in full before any bonus or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific rollover multipliers are stated in each promotion's dedicated terms.
• ckt44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Active wagering requirements at the time of promotion cancellation will still apply.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Unused free spins will expire automatically.

ckt44 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus amount from a player's account if it is determined that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, abuse of promotional systems, or in breach of these terms. Players found to be exploiting bonus structures in bad faith will have their accounts suspended and balances forfeited.

5. Responsible Gaming

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ckt44 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by applicable law:

• Collusion with other players, including coordinated betting strategies designed to manipulate outcomes or circumvent promotional terms.
• Using fraudulent payment methods, chargebacks, or any form of financial deception to deposit funds or dispute legitimate withdrawals.

7. Intellectual Property

All content published on the ckt44 platform, including but not limited to software code, game interfaces, graphics, images, logos, icons, text, audio, video, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of ckt44 or its licensed content providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without the express written consent of ckt44.

Any unauthorized use of ckt44 intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may expose you to civil and criminal liability. 8. Limitation of Liability

10. Account Suspension & Termination

ckt44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account under the following circumstances, without prior notice where immediate action is required to protect the platform or other players:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to eligibility requirements, prohibited activities, or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe, or submission of fraudulent identity documents.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity conducted through the ckt44 account.

Upon permanent account closure at a player's own request, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting any outstanding bonus requirements) will be processed for withdrawal within 10 business days. Balances derived solely from active bonuses that have not met their wagering requirement will be voided.

11. Amendments to Terms

ckt44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ckt44 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the platform. The effective date of any revision will be displayed at the top of this page.
